[mythtv] compile problem related to latest cvs commits

It's just the ffmpeg changes that I merged in recently..  Since I can no 
longer test the viaslice hardware decoder, it's a little hard for me to test 
things properly :(..  I did make sure that xvmc works, so I thought that 
there was a pretty good possibility that the viaslice stuff would continue 
working.  Ah well..  Are there any error messages on the console you ran 
mythfrontend from that would give a hint of what's wrong?
