[mythtv] [patch] ASK_RECORDING translation

Hi

I made 2 translation patch.

1. ASK_RECORDING translation
ASK_RECORDING event is complete message sending from backend.
but backend is have no translation method.
It changed as follows.
backend sending recording infomation (title, chanstr, chansign, channame) 
only. frontend created the message which receives and displays it.

2. channel browse mode time unit translation
In channel browse mode, time unit of program length 'minutes' is currently 
hardcoded in the osd.xml.
It was set to 'lenmins' with the value.
