[mythtv] auto-shutdown for mythfrontend

Hallo,

I am new to mythtv and linux but I get it working with one restriction, 
the autoshutdown mechanism only works for the backend so if I have 
started the frontend it still keeps active as long as it is running. 
This may be useful for several people but not for me and I think also 
someone else would find it useful to get some idle shutdown for 
mythfrontend too. 

So is anybody working on this feature or is it already implemented?

If it isn't done already maybe I could try to implement this feature
because I would say it is a very important thing. But to do so I need
some advise because as mentioned before I am not that familiar with linux 
(I am only a windows programmer)
