I had brainstorm this morning (or was it a light drizzle?) that
SH%0000 are not dups but all other matching programids are dups.
This will do the right thing for generics. Specials should be
recorded as Single or FindOne and should not be set to a recurring
record type. If one is then, hey, 'doctor it hurts'. I could even
fabricate the argument that if someone set a kAllRecord for a
special then maybe they do want to record each showing. But I
think setting a recurring rule for a single episode show is
undefined and moot.
