[mythtv] [PATCH] Resubmit of various patches not yetapplied

What would you suggest for watch_guide? It works perfectly fine on my
system and allows me to enter the guide when starting to watch Live TV as
opposed to the existing behavior of just tuning the default channel which is
almost never what I'm looking for since I don't know what is on Live TV at
the time. I would welcome suggestions on how you would like to see this
implemented and I guess if you don't want it at all, I'll just have to live
with that. It seems to me nice to at least have an option of showing the
guide+preview when choosing to watch live TV because I'm not sure how many
people just like the default channel tuned and ultimately just bring up the
guide right away anyways.

Sorry for the multiple submissions but a month had gone by and there had
been quite a bit of commit activity in that time.
