[mythtv] [PATCH] Resubmit of various patches not yetapplied

Well, it wasn't so much about what channel, but more the fact that I rarely
just want to watch either the default channel or the last channel, but
rather I want to see what is on and tune it.  I can't do that with the
current setup without entering live TV, tuning the channel, and activating
the guide.  The patch was designed to eliminate that by offering an option
to always start the guide when entering Live TV...
