[mythtv] [PATCH] small patches for mythweb and mythtv

mythtv-mythfilldatabase.patch - Update program record if stars value has 
changed and print convert text from UTF-8 before printing to stdout.

mythtv-osd.patch - Change default timeformat to FROMSETTINGS.

mythweb-cat-typo.patch - Fix a typo in category matching.

mythweb-cosmetic.patch - Dont add ',' when adding additional information, 
cosmetic.

mythweb-force-utf8.patch - Tell php its converting from UTF-8 when running 
htmlentities.
