[mythtv] Some utf-8 problems on mythweb

I just noticed that if i search for "åäö" and click on the search button,
the search text is changed to "åäö", look like some missing utf8
conversion somwere.
If i do the same with the searchbox on the Movies page åäö is displayed
correctly in the lower searchbox, but not in the upper right searchbox.

And on the "Recorded Programs" page, the combo box "Show recordings:"
doesn't show åäö properly, probably another utf8 problem.
