[mythtv] [PATCH] Bug: Seek to saved position of currently recording mpeg4

Take this with a grain of salt because I don't understand some of this code
very well, however I can't think of any reason to check for
"!watchingrecording" here (which seems to be too ambiguous to let you know
exactly what it does). Basically without this the OpenFile function will
reach it's end and return 0, and therefore NuppelVideoPlayer will not seek
to the saved position because it checks for a return value of greater than
0.

This seems to work fine for me with mpeg4.
