[mythtv] Availability of Gentoo ebuild for 0.15 release.

I am working on an ebuild to get MythTV 0.15 (or cvs) working with regular QT
or QT-Embedded/DirectFB. As soon as I get them working, I'll submit the patches
to the gentoo ebuild maintainers.
