[mythtv] CVS compile errors on kernel 2.6.9

I have tried the following as the include path with no luck:

/usr/src/dvb-kernel/linux/include/
/usr/include

Both of these lead to the 'linux/dvb/frontend.h' file, and '/usr/include/linux'
is correctly symlinked to my 2.6.9 kernel tree. I have used the latest CVS
version of the dvb-kernel drivers to patch my kernel.

Any more ideas?

Thanks,

Chris
