[mythtv] [PATCH] time stretch update

diffed to current cvs with ffrew and audio patches.
only the UI bit has changed.
press A or use the menu to get the time stretch adjust slider.
currently only goes between 0.5 and 2.0 times.
that should be it. I cant see anything else to do unless people find things wrong or feat reqs.
the new ffrew patch is great. much smoother. effect on timestretch change is practiaclly instant with no more fractional rew for re-queuing audio/video
