[mythtv] MYthTV recording deleted automaticly - even when set not

Completely agreed. When I first started using myth, I wondered about
that option too -- a show I wanted to keep that I set that flag on
got deleted. I am all for having a 'never delete' option. Maybe I
should get off my butt and code it ;-)
