[mythtv] [PATCH] XvMC with BobDeint

Hi,

I've been looking through the XvMC code path, and discovered that the second 
field of a deinterlaced frame will never be shown on a xvmc frame doubled 
setup. What happens is that the render context is cleared by the Show 
function, which is then checked on the 2nd field. The attached patch fixes 
this error.
