[mythtv] mythphone: GetLCDDevice undeclared

Not very helpful I know, but, it works for me!  I just did a "CVS update"
and recompiled without problem.  GetLCDDEvice is still defined in
mythcontext.h so I see no reason why this should not work.  Sorry.
