[mythtv] [PATCH] time stretch with libsoundtouch

hi all

this is the first release of audio timestretching using libsoundtouch.
obtain it from http://www.digivation.com.au/mythtv_timestretch.patch.zip as its too big to attach.
I think I have removed all the bugs.
apply the patches in any order from the mythtv root dir.
to use, I have modified the SPEED interface using keys U and J
U increases the speed of playback.
works quite well.
alternate control mechanisms may be desired but this will do for a start. Ill leave that for others to decide.

note: if you use anything other than OSS or ALSA more patches are needed, but will have to wait until integration of these classes with audiooutputbase. pretty obvious how timestretching mods are done.

1.15 is a good speed to watch things at. even 1.5 is almost ok but you do miss a few words.
range where audio is enabled is 0.5 to 2.0, beyond that SPEED works as before.
havent tried slower but the functionality is there. I only want to watch things faster :) stargate theme is more jazzy and my wife laughs at bold and beautiful theme at X2
enjoy.

feedback is appreciated. there are probably more bugs ;-)
