[mythtv] PIP motion sync

I have found that with the 100 series drivers, the PIP (bttv card) just 
displays the pink background and after a few seconds, the "primary" 
(PVR350) video hangs. With 99z (I think, don't have the box running 
right now) this worked just fine, so I just switched back to that for now.
