[mythtv] [PATCH][i18n]mythfrontend_nl.ts.patch

I ran lupdate to get all the new advanced record screen stuff in and 
translated.

There are quite a few strings marked <translation type="obsolete"> but 
that might be normal?

This also includes a few changes sent in by Leo Weppelman a couple of 
weeks ago.

Not all the advanced recording screen strings are in the .ts file yet.
For example a few from mythtv/libs/libmythtv/sr_items.h aren't in the file.
For example the strings in this line (among others):
setTemplates("", "", "No episode limit", "Keep only one episode.", "Keep 
at most %1 episodes");
don't seem to end up in the .ts file after the lupdate.

Anyone who can explain in a few sentences how I can fix these?
