[mythtv] [PATCH] Additions for master_iconmap.xml

Hello,

I was bored today, so I gathered affiliate listings from NBC, ABC, FOX, 
The WB, UPN, and PBS for import into the master_iconmap.xml.  PBS also 
provides nifty custom icons for many of its affiliates, so I created 
unique networktourl mappings for those.

Since a patch against CVS would be bigger than the file itself, I'm 
attaching a new iconmap.xml file.  It was generated by concatenating my 
changes into the current CVS contrib/master_iconmap.xml, and importing 
and re-exporting a new file.
