[mythtv] mythbackend segfault

The fix is OK.  I think the only side-effect is that it might not flag
commercials for the program that it couldn't retrieve the ProgramInfo for.  I
don't know why this would be happening anyway, since something must be telling
the flagger to flag a program.  I added some debug output so we can see what
it is getting.  Robert, can you please update with current CVS (again if
necessary) and then once you've restarted the backend with the new code, reply
to this message with the output that it printed?  It should print a message
about not being able to find the program and give the chanid and starttime
it was looking for.  Also, can you confirm that the chanid/starttime it does
give (if any) is valid.
