[mythtv] dlopen of xvmc library (please read if you use Via XvMC)

I am experimenting with viaXvMC right now. I'm about to try the latest
CVS support when I get home later. My earlier attempts met with
failure: just a blue screen instead of video. If I ever get it working,
I'd be happy to test something for you.
