[mythtv] OS X LiveTV and Older Recordings

Yes, my recorded video plays with no stutter, live tv starts to
stuttering after a little while.  And this was actually over 802.11b (i
think my recorded bitrate on the 250 is around 2500-3200kbps... been a
while since i've looked).  Haven't tried it wired up yet.

Only weird this is the video is not scaled (black fullscreen, but small
352x480 video in the middle), and the GUI appearance options don't seem
to change that.
