[mythtv] Commercial skip questions

What's the current status of commercial skip stuff?  It looked like a few
things were in the works, but I don't know who's working on them or if they
are being worked on, including:

* A "merged/all methods" commercial skip algorithm, including thresholds for
false positive detection
* Ability to specify commercial skip method per recording

On a related note, does anybody have commercial detection working well for
CSI?  If so, what commercial detection method are you using, and are you
using "strict commercial detection"?
