[mythtv] Wrong time of recordings when using PVR 350

Just checking every possibility. I also found a very similar problem
from last year (http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/dev/17053),
and, as I understand it,
that was related to the ivtv specific code of mythtv.
