[mythtv] Backend not releasesing deleted files.

Just to clear up this aspect of the issue and get it into the archive, df
commonly reports the percentage based on the amount of *user* space
available; when you create a filesystem, you reserve some space for root.

It's likely that since the backend runs as root, it's writing over 100% and
someone forgot to take this into account.
