 From my own experience posting patches, anything tiny can get applied 
relatively quickly by a number of people who have commit access since it 
is probably obvious if it is a fix, or minor adjustment.  Anything major 
probably gets looked at by Isaac who typically patches on a weekend and 
usually only once or twice a month.

Just be patient and watch for a big run of patches comitted by Isaac.  
If yours isn't included or isn't commented on, just make a quick reply 
to the original thread and point it out as it may have just been missed.
