I worked out the channel ranges using a channel listing by frequency
from the aba website:
http://www.aba.gov.au/broadcasters/pdfrtf/tv_7.pdf
Your correct - looks like I wrote down the wrong number:(

I just went to the last channel listed in the above doc. Couldn't find a
proper document that outlined the spectrum.
