[mythtv] Problems with MythPlugins and CVS

I did, and have.

I got it working in the end, by deleting all references to MythTV in
/usr/local (Considering I'm making and installing to /usr), which
fixed it all after a recompile of the plugins (Which was picking up a
version of libmyth from last week)
