[mythtv] Green bar at bottom of picture after transcode

I don't transcode videos, so I'm not seeing this on playback, but the 
video thumbnails in mythweb all look corrupted and have green bars at the 
bottom since I did a cvs update on the 26th - the recordings themselves 
are fine, it's just the thumbnails that have problems.
