[mythtv] Support for reading DSM-CC object carousels in 0.18.1

Hi,

I 'm a postgrad student at the University of Surrey, UK. My dissertation 
project (which I 'm close to completing these days) is about building 
support for reading DSM-CC Object Carousels in MythTV. Specifically, I 'll 
go as far as decoding the whole carousel and putting it in BLOBs in the 
database. What happens to that data from that point on is probably a project 
for someone else.

I 've been working on a copy of 0.18.1, and I 'd gladly provide the code for 
review, discussion or whatever else if anyone is interested. Unfortunately, 
I 'm not using CVS checkouts of the source to hack on because I didn't want 
to risk losing time in case any show-stopping bugs appeared in the trunk.
