[mythtv] Why nuppelvideo mpeg4?

That's because mythtv uses the database to know what you have recorded.
If i'm not mistaken there is a script in contrib that scanns for nuv files
and adds the nessesary records to the db.

And just because the file doesn't show up in the gui doesn't mean its
useless.
