[mythtv] location of posters (videometadata)

i created a bunch of posters on one of my backends and decided to share them 
with my other backends.

so i copied them to a NFS share and went in and modified the location in setup

and nothing happened

looking at the database i can see why. the setting is used when the posters 
are created and added to each entry in the videometadata table.

would it be possible for them to be added at run time (when the file is used)?
that way they could be moved around without a load of database editing.

grepping through a dump of my database the same appears to be the case for:

pictures
videobokmarks
videos

i suspect there are other.
one consequence of this change is that the files would not all have to be 
mounted in the same place on each backend.
