yes. it loaded the existing seek table. then erased it. didnt update it as 
it found a valid seek table. then wrote back what it read in the first 
place. thus no change. pretty obvious once you look.
however if there wasnt a seek table then it worked correctly. which of 
course is only good for videos as all recorded programs have a seek table 
except now for the bug that I mentioned previously.
