[mythtv] MacOS X build setup?

I used to follow that procedure... but then I found it is much easier  
to just use osx-packager.pl in the contrib directory.  It builds all  
of the dependancies and throws them into a self contained bundle.   
You can build different parts of myth by messing with the script.
