I wonder if we can get a fuller description of the problem and what should 
happen?

I almost always get the message "You should have got a signal lock by now" or 
words to that effect -> the lock is always achieved though and I assumed that 
the timeout values were too short for my card. As I don't watch live TV often 
I didn't give it much thought.
