[mythtv] [NEW THEME]: 'MythCenter'

I found a little spare time to create a new theme, it is inspired on
Windows Media Center. Grab it here:

P.S. I would be happy to contribute with the Dutch translations too; at
some points in the menus it is really weak I must say.
