[mythtv] [PATCH] MythMusic Compilation Artist patch

Hi,

In my last patch, I stated:

These two issues are now fixed in the attached.

Still need to test FLAC (and I guess AAC) stuff, but it's mostly there.

If some people would mind testing that would be great.

I don't think there are any glaring holes.... though I could be wrong - 
and don't want to be the reason for 0.17.1 assuming there is time to get 
this into 0.17.  Not much has changed externally in MythMusic since 0.16 
(mostly under the hood changes) so a user visable feature like this 
would be nice ;)
