No.  Myth will query fpr the running driver version at device open
time.  If the version is 0.2.0 (or newer), Myth will use the BLT_FILL
ioctl, othereise it will use the PREP_FRAME ioctl.  IOW, it will use
the appropriate ioctl for the driver actually being used.
