[mythtv] can't tune with a dvb-c card

The screen you are looking for is removed and no longer used.

It's not supposed to.
Those two tables is supposed to be deleted, they are just there for backup.

I've never seen those error messages you have in the frontend log, maybe you
have configured it wrong somehow?
