[mythtv] [PATCH] [i18N] L10n files for MythPhone

Hi, 
I've created the L10n files for MythPhone. Noone was able to tell me
how to make a cvs diff with files which are not in cvs, so I've just
made a tar.gz of the whole directory ;)
I hope someone can apply it before 0.17 comes out. 
I've created a bunch of ts files for the commonly used languages in
other plugins so it should be now quite easy to make the other L10ns
too.
