I'll give it a go later on. It does normally tune to that channel
alright, but that one time something went wrong.

Not sure about the percentage, but load was up about 3 or so (there
was probably a commflag job running as well) and although the frontend
on the same machine could play OK the fast forward speed was noticeably
slower/jumpier than normal.
