I've copied the UnderDevelopment Page at mythtv.info to WhatsNew, and
also to the final resting place for those release notes, the page
called "0.17".  The latter is probably the best choice for the link
from the story on MythTV.org, as it will always reference 0.17, even
after newer releases.
