I use the CVS dates found on Terry Barnabys webpage.
http://www.kingcot.eclipse.co.uk/unichrome/fc3/

Kernel DRM is 2.3 CVS checkout date 1004-12-19

Unichrome checkout dates is 2005-01-14.

But it seems to be closely related to DVB and AC3...
