Sure, but in this case I don't think it should need to be invoked, I'm
certain the scheduler used to take some basic conflict resolution into
account, currently it appears the only conflict resolution is manual unless
RHP is set (which I've never had set and had things record later due to
conflicts in the past, or I'm crazy).
In my specific case there is a reasonably safe conflict resolution solution
that is functionally better (it records all shows I asked for) without
needing to consider their priority (again, in this specific case where all
paths have the same priority).
