[mythtv] Increasing Buffer Size

FYI, here is the output of Frontend.

If any devs could shed some light on what I could do to fix this, you'd
make my girlfriend's parents very, very happy.
I'd be happy to provide some gdb output if needed.

Once again, the situation is that MythTV puts out blocky 1080i streams
and stuttering audio on HD DVB-T Channels, SD channels work fine.
Xine v0.99.3 with the number of Video buffers set to 800 and Audio
buffers set to 500 will play those HD channels perfectly.
I am using Chris Pascoe's DVICO cx88 drivers.
