[mythtv] my little mythfilldatabase patch...

I'm sorry if this is too soon, but I'm just hoping that my patch
(mythfilldatabase --dd-custom-get) doesn't slip through the cracks
again.  (I've submitted it twice now and patched CVS code 4 times for
personal use).

Let me know if there are issues or I'm just being an impatient bastard :)
