[mythtv] [patch] cleanup NuppelVideoPlayer version 2

I fixed the problem Issac noted earlier. I've also added a couple more 
sanity checks in NVP::InitVideo(), and changed that function to return 
false when there is an error.

The idea is to abort video playback instead of exiting the frontend when 
an error is encountered starting the video or during playback.
