Well it as I read it it looked like 2 components.. 1 was adding all descriptors
to PMTObject, and the other part was hacking in StreamID 0x06 -> Descriptor
0x6A to also be flagged as AC3.. No descriptors were parsed in ffmpeg, so I
don't know that adding them in there would make a difference since in the end
it was adding the 0x6A descriptor to the re-written PMT and then looking for it
in ffmpeg.. I think it should work based on how I read the patch, but we need to
wait to hear from the guys down under if this solves their problem..
