[mythtv] Why must I "Y"?

Internally to MythTV these two functions are handled very differently. 
But there is nothing preventing anyone from modifying the UI to combine 
these two functions one one key, say going through all the inputs one 
one tuner, then moving to the next tuner, and going through all it's 
inputs.
