[mythtv] [patch] MythWeb Video category sorting

I have close to 1000 videos in MythVideo. This makes it hard to find a
specific one under MythWeb especially since a lot of the names will
just be an episode number (With the show as the category). I have
patched MythWeb->MythVideo to do the following:
- Added the category field in the display. (I placed it between plot
and rating, if people have a better place for it suggestions are
welcome)
- Added category to the sortby functionality.
- Added a drop down box to allow users to only display videos in a
certain category
- Added a reverse order link which reverses the order of the currently
displayed videos.

What I have not done:
- Allow changing of categories when editing video info.

I am not sure if there are enough people who would find this useful to
justify a commit. But I thought I would submit it in case there are
others who were in my situation.
